Tecastus survey

What first drew Tecastus to Savinn was not merely its size, but the strange, rhythmic pulses of energy it emitted — readings that hinted at deeper, unexplained phenomena. At least one of its distant orbiting bodies reflected distinct biosignatures and light emissions, suggesting the improbable: that even at 54.2 AU, conditions were not just survivable — they were thriving.

The god

Savinn is known to the younger races as the god of raw power, raging heat and strength — an Anglitian of old whose wings cast waves of fear into the hearts of his Deamo enemies. He is described as a dominating being, sparkling with a scarlet aura, who commanded the Anglitian armies against the Deamo.

In the final battle he was struck by the full force of Fis’ix, who cast his flesh into the void and shattered his soul to be scattered across the worlds for eternity. “Red feathers lay wasted, and his wings broken. Blood spilled into the soil. A dark spear leaves his chest, taking away his final breath.” His blood, spilt into the soil, granted Insolitus its rich and flourishing mineral of power — now also called Savinn.
