Craitep is composed of the same types of matter as Soluumon’s Plain (Z-7). It is almost certain these planets were once a single world, broken into separate entities by an asteroid foreign to this region of space — minerals detected on the southern hemisphere are theorized to mark the impact zone.
One of two sons of Soluumon. He fought alongside his brother until they began fighting one another for the heart of Terra, a Deamo woman known as the Demoness of Dusk, whose power to control minds interested both of the twin gods. She loved Craitep at first, but realized he was too much like his father and left him for Brazzim. Craitep’s bitterness festered into hatred.
The twin gods were left on Insolitus from a young age; only Alonn would visit to keep them informed and educated, occasionally sending them to fight in their father’s wars and keep order among the younger races. Craitep was killed by his brother in the final battle on the sacred Isle of Scars. He gifted the near-magical alloy Brazz to the Thayns, who follow him still.
